CANCELLATIONS

Please let us know ASAP if you need to cancel your appointment. If you make no effort to contact your therapist at all (no show) or cancel less than 12 hours before your appointment (late cancel), you will be required to pay a cancellation/no show fee before you are able to schedule with us again. 

TARDINESS

All sessions will start on time, with or without you. Depending upon how late you arrive, your therapist will determine if there is enough time remaining to start a treatment. Regardless of the length of the treatment actually given, you will be responsible for the “full” session. Out of respect and consideration to your therapist and other customers, please plan accordingly and be on time.

CLEANING and SANITATION:

Strict cleaning and sanitation protocols are of the utmost importance to us. Diligent handwashing, sanitizing linens, and disinfecting all hard surfaces between each and every patient have always been part of our daily routine. 

SICKNESS / ILLNESS

Please do not schedule or keep an appointment if you are not feeling well. It is very inconsiderate to knowingly expose your therapist and other patients to any illness you may be experiencing. Massage during illness may worsen your symptoms. Massage will not be performed on patients who are ill, and the office cancelation policy will be implemented.

INAPPROPRIATE BEHAVIOR

Any illicit or suggestive remarks or advances will not be tolerated and will result in immediate termination of the session. You will be charged in full for the appointment. The incident will be reported to the local police department.
