PRENATAL MASSAGE
Massage for the Momma-to-be! A Body Support System and positioning wedges designed specifically for Prenatal Massage can be used to ensure complete comfort and safety in the prone (face-down) position, even in the last months of the pregnancy. Growing a new person is hard work! Prenatal Massage is perfect for managing the pain and fatigue that results from pregnancy.
REFLEXOLOGY
The feet and hands contain a "map" of the entire body which corresponds to all the glands, organs, and parts of the body. Stimulating different areas of the hands and feet properly can help maintain many health problems in a natural way. Reflexology is recommended for anyone with foot or ankle conditions, such as plantar fasciitis, bunions, or bone spurs.
LYMPHATIC DRAINAGE MASSAGE
Lymphatic drainage massage, also known as manual lymphatic drainage or MLD, relieves swelling that happens when medical treatment or illness blocks your lymphatic system. Lymphatic drainage massage involves gently manipulating specific areas of your body to help lymph move to an area with working lymph vessels. Massage therapists certified in MLD use lymphatic drainage massage techniques to move lymph from your tissues to your lymph nodes, which eases the swelling in your tissues. CUSTOMIZE: DEEP TISSUE
Deep Tissue Massage targets the inner layers of muscle and tissue to relieve pain, stiffness, and injuries. Deep Tissue Massage is best suited for people who engage in highly physical activities or jobs, or those who have an injury or chronic pain.
CUSTOMIZE: CUPPING
The negative pressure created by CUPPING is a very effective way to treat the deeper tissues and muscles of the body. Studies have shown that 5 minutes of CUPPING provides the same benefits as 30 minutes of massage! Dynamic Cupping, which is moving cups (rather than stationary), can be used to minimize the red marks associated with cupping.

A specialized tool is used to apply light pressure and scrape the skin. Gua Sha can relieve pain and muscle tension, circulate stagnant blood and lymphatic fluid, and improve flexibility by breaking up scar tissue/connective tissue

Your therapist will use heated SYNERGY STONES during the massage to effectively relax tight, stubborn muscles. Heat is a great way to speed up the "warming up" portion of a deep tissue massage!
